AFGC Fall Board Meeting

At the Fall Meeting, the AFGC Board of Directors gathers together to kick off the Arizona Garden Club season.  This is where the AFGC president and her executive committee present plans for the upcoming year, District Directors report on the upcoming club activities in their district, and club presidents mingle to network and glean ideas from each other. AFGC Convention and fundraising plans are discussed, and progress reports from the various committees are presented. Changes to by-laws and standing rules (if any) are presented and/or voted upon. Awards not presented in the spring may also be given out.

All AFGC members are welcome! If you want to know what’s going on (or to get more involved!) at the state level, please attend. RSVP to AFGC Hospitality chair Diane Davis for the lunch count.
