Speaker: Shay Emmers
Shay Emmers is a co-owner of a small business.
Celebrating 30 plus years of sales and marketing
management roles in the construction industry, her
business style thrives on accountability and
mission-driven goals. Shay envisions her startup
farming venture as a model in the triple bottom line
imperative.
Shay is a voracious learner, recently receiving Master
Gardener accreditation in May 2021. She earned a
graduate science degree in Sustainable Management
in fall 2016. Additional academic accomplishments
include an undergraduate double major degree in
Communication and Spanish and a graduate degree
in Foreign Language and Literature.
Other pursuits include relishing time with family,
Christian church leadership, hiking, photography,
gardening, writing and volunteering.
