Pacific Region Director Tanja Swanson offers members another fundraiser to help add funds to the PR coffers. The company is called Tru-Earth, and they make laundry strips and all kinds of environmentally friendly cleaning products.
Tanja said, “I have used them for at least the last two years, and it makes you feel good that you aren’t contributing more plastic garbage to the world. I must say that I still use liquid detergent for sheets and towels but probably don’t have to. I use a lot fewer plastic laundry bottles now. I also use the laundry sticks for the dishwasher, and they clean as well as my other ones. Once some of you start using them through the link below, we should get a percentage of sales. It is something we can try out and see if it is worth it.”
