9am – 1:30pm, April 23, 2026
Arizona Federation of Garden Clubs Spring 92nd Annual Meeting
Open to all club members.

We have so much to talk about and do! So let’s make this happen.
Plan to arrive between 9-9:30am for check-in with Dana. At 9:30a, we will start with a short fun presentation to kick-off the morning. Our business meeting will precede lunch. Boxed lunches from Sharkos will be ready at 11:30a. Sheila and Jenn will hand out AFGC and PRGC Awards during lunch.
Then there will be a fun dessert while Jenn hands out the President’s Challenge Awards to the Club Presidents. A Memorial Remembrance Ceremony will follow at 12:30p led by Jen Donovan and Sharon Davis, in the garden if it’s not too hot.
This annual meeting is open to all members. See you there!
