The final day of the PR Convention was off to an early start for those energetic attendees who hiked to Hole in the Rock in Papago Park. A breakfast buffet followed, with centerpieces and table favors made by Scottsdale Garden Club. Keynote Speaker, Rebecca Davidson, spoke about reforestation of National Forests and Grasslands.
The PR convention then closed, and many attendees headed home. Some attendees stayed to enjoy a walk through the Desert Botanical Garden, while others toured the Taliesin West garden
A Big Thank You to co-chairmen for the AFGC/PR conventions, Jennifer Moreland and Kim Rosenlof, for a fun and educational event. Both conventions were excellent!
Thank you to those garden clubs who created educational displays for the AFGC/PR conventions.
