Blogs sent to the blog manager are sent to Salterra, the company that posts the blogs on the AFGC website, on the 1st and 15th of the month. Blogs cannot be sent for posting on any other dates. After Salterra receives the blogs on the 1st and 15th, it usually takes them at least a week, sometimes longer, to post the blogs on the AFGC website.
If you are sending a time sensitive blog, please take into consideration the 1-2 week lag between blogs sent on the 1st and 15th and when they are actually posted. We do not want time sensitive blogs to be posted after the event has happened.
I continue to receive blogs from our districts in a timely manner and thank each district who has sent in their 2 blogs per 2 months that they were assigned. There may be changes to the schedule in September.
